Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your booking on the website by entering your unique ref number.
If you cancel your booking more than 1 week before your date of play, we reserve the right to amend your booking.  For cancellations of less than 24 hrs notice, NO refunds will be given.  If you are unable to honour your booking we would prefer that you phone us to let us know.  We reserve the right to charge the green fee but would rather try to fit you in some other time.

Your booking is completely transferable.
Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Prior To Play

All players must check in at the Pro Shop at least 15 minutes before the booked start time to confirm the number of their group and the format that they are playing.
